Becs Anderson
Founder and Director
Becs’ travel career began in the late nineties at Virgin Records’ travel office, managing travel for both staff and artists. Her passion for live music blossomed in this vibrant environment, leading her into the touring sector. She collaborated with a range of artists, from rising stars to stadium legends, overseeing their tour logistics and travel needs.
After years as a top entertainment travel agent and a pivotal leadership role where she expanded the company and trained a successful team, Becs returned to her roots. Post motherhood, she refocused on what she loves most: planning tours and nurturing longstanding relationships with clients and suppliers.
With over twenty years of industry expertise, Becs, alongside Izzi, co-founded Onstage Travel. Leveraging their extensive experience and deep industry connections, they provide personalized, top-tier travel services, ensuring a seamless experience for their clients.
Izzi Robinson
Founder and Director
Izzi launched her career at Pinewood Film Studios, working with everything from blockbuster films to independent shorts, rapidly honing her skills in entertainment travel. She soon established her own department, focusing on travel logistics for the advertising and commercials industry. Her career took another leap forward as she expanded into the music touring sector, managing logistics for both large stadium tours and emerging artists, and even personally advancing one of the most significant VIP stadium tours in recent years.
Advancing to manage one of the market’s largest touring teams, Izzi earned several prestigious industry awards, underscoring her expertise across the music, film, and media sectors. Today, she is known for her dedication to seamless service delivery and deep knowledge of travel logistics, bringing passion and precision to every project.
Andrea Wilkes
Bespoke Travel Manager
Andrea embarked on her leisure travel career over 25 years ago at a luxury travel agency in Wimbledon Village. Soon after, she transitioned to managing personal travel and concierge services for the music and entertainment industry in London, specializing in high-profile client care.
Expert in arranging everything from family holidays and romantic getaways to safaris and private yacht charters, Andrea handles a diverse range of travel needs with precision and personal attention. Now part of Onstage Travel, she brings extensive experience and a global network of hoteliers and suppliers.
Andrea is celebrated for her exceptional service and the ability to deliver tailored travel experiences that ensure seamless journeys for her clients. She leverages her vast travel knowledge and strong industry relationships to meet every client’s unique requirements with unparalleled expertise.
Hayley Jones
Touring Agent
Hayley’s career started off working in sound, lights and stage management for shows ranging in size, from festival stages to larger productions, theatre and touring shows. Navigating through the world of live and studio she worked in varying roles from A&R and management to production crew. Through working for respectable management agencies and record labels she found her feet working in logistics for live music and organising travel and day to day needs for a variety of shows and artists.
A few years later, Hayley then moved solely into live music focusing on travel and logistics and found a love and passion in this field, with a strong ability to transfer all skills and understanding of being on the road and show production into the travel sector of touring.
To date Hayley has an impressive back catalogue in touring travel ranging from large stadium shows as well as small UK/European tours, and has worked in travel logistics from flights and hotels to bespoke air travel, meet and greets, private chauffeurs and all weird and wonderful in between.
Like Izzi, Hayley is well versed in being on the road in this role advancing one of the largest stadium tours to date. She brings a care, consideration and passion to the service she offers that is unfaltering in all areas of her working life.
Natalie Davis
Tour Administrator
Natalie is the office’s administrative powerhouse, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
With a knack for organization and attention to detail, she manages Onstage Travel’s day-to-day tasks that keep the team on track.
Whether it’s managing paperwork, rooming lists, or streamlining processes, Nat is the go-to person for keeping the office efficient and productive.
She’s always ready to assist with a positive attitude, making sure the team has everything they need to succeed—right down to that last-minute presentation!
